Season 2
Season 1
Bravotv.com: What did you do right after the show ended? What was the reaction like in your hometown?
After the show ended I went home to Chicago to reunite with my family and friends. When I got home I was blown away by the amount of phone calls, e-mails, and words of support I received from family, friends, and fans from across the nation. I was honored, humbled, and truly amazed by the entire experience. After being back in "reality" for a few weeks I took some time to really evaluate the opportunities that were available to me in Chicago and NYC. It was clear to me that I had to make the move to NYC. In August of 2008 I made the move to pursue my dream of being a supermodel. Since then, I’ve been busy modeling and building up my book, and more recently I’ve been exploring music and acting opportunities.

Bravotv.com: Were you surprised with how closely the Make Me A Supermodel fans connected with you and Ben?
I was happy to see that fans truly connected with the relationship that Ben and I had with each other. Our friendship blossomed and grew enormously throughout the show and our lives are forever changed because of the experience. Ben and I shared a lot with one another and most of all we learned from one another. I am happy that our fans got to come along with us on our journey, even if it was a small glimpse.
Bravotv.com: We obviously have to ask: Now that Ben and his wife live in NYC, do you guys still hang out?
Actually, it is my understanding that Ben and April have moved back to Tennessee in order to allow April the environment that she needs to pursue her music career. She has an incredible voice and I know that she is going to be a star. Ben cares a great deal for April and I know that he would do anything to make her happy — that is just the kind of guy he is. That is why I love him, in a Bronnie way of course.
I just wanna say I LOVE YOU.
I've heard about the show but just start watching it last week. I really addict to the season1 especially you & ben. You're amazing both your personality and talents. The Bronnie relationship did build bridges between the gay and straight communities.
I'm sure that you will go along way in your life. Maybe we will have the first homo model as the US president. ^ ^
Wish all the very best for you. XXX
you are doing amaizing things for yourself Ronnie! keep working hard and stay focused:)
Great to see this blog and even better to see the photos attached to it. You look amazing Ronnie! You seem so humble and sweet. You are also more proof that gay men look amazing! Of course, that doesn't mean that us ladies can't still fantasize about you!

COOL UR THE WINNER dude! u got 101% qualities to be a model
Nice to catch up on Ronnie. I listened to you on Fusion on ITunes. The interview was great. I also viewed your pics and article in a magazine, although, I can't remember which one. My partner was on the first reality show on Bravo called Gay Marriage. You will be able to relate to everyone in reality TV as he does, now that you have lived it. And even though it has been so long now, he still gets recognized. He was about getting a positive message out to the public about gay marriage. And I applaud your efforts to interface positively with the gay and straight community. I must say your season had much better looking men, and I loved the sexual tension. This season lost the gay following since only one of the models was gay, and he wasn’t all that. And what’s with all straight models? How true to life is that anyway? And Bravo has traditionally had a big gay following, why not appeal to the viewers more, and get some better guys. Check out America's Most Smartest Model. Now that show had some hot men. And even though most were straight, they were so hot that it didn’t matter. Why did this season become a contest between skinny twinks? Come on Bravo, know your audience.
I'm just watching season 1 now, and I am hooked on you and Ben. I don't know what it is about you two, I'm just so drawn to the two of you and your relationship. I normally don't get into reality tv that much but the scene in episode 9 with you an ben gave me goosebumps. The expression on Bens face was like "im not afraid to do thos " and yours was passionate, caught up in the moment.
Hi Ronnie,
Last week I watched the "Make Me A Supermodel: Season 2" which is released up to episode 6. Then I searched for the season 1 to watch. In season 1, I'm glad that there is a gorgeous, mascular, humble, great person who is RONNIE competiting in the season. You are really charm and elegant in every single photoshoot and performing catwalk. Among the guys, I feel that you are the BEST!I support you very much and even feeling upset when you were at the bottom of 3. Thanks god for blessing and All Americans supports.
I really hope you could win the SUPERMODEL because you have kinda of attraction/awesome (as panels said you are cheessy)that no one can beat it. I feel I totally have a crush on you. I admire and like you very much.
Hope to hear from you soon.....(can't wait to get your song album).
So happy to hear from Ronnie. Very pleased to know that he is doing well. Very eager to hear the album when it comes out.
Wish you all the success in the world.
Ronnie is the best. It is great to see him involved with so many things. It was so nice to see this interview posted. I have missed him.
I have heard his songs and I'm telling you, that boy can sing! I can't wait to hear what's next!

Good Luck in your career. I know you'll skyrocket!
Love,
DeeDee
DO YOU GIRLS HANG OUT EACH OTHER WHEN THE CAMERAS ARE NOT ON YOU ?
Ronnie~ I just love watching your shining star grow brighter and brighter. You are such an amazing talent and it is inspiring to watch you work so hard to make your voice heard. Keep shining your beautiful light for the whole world to see. You are truly a positive ray of sunshine in this all too often dreary world.Love you!! ~Jeannie
Ronnie was still working at Minibar in Chicago in through the summer of 2008, where he was a shirtless bartender. He was definitely working there on June 29th for Pride as well. It was so weird, seeing him come off that reality show, and go back to bartending again.
Dale from Top Chef turns up a lot at a bar called Sidetrack in Chicago -- not as a bartender, but as a patron.
ronnie
so glad to hear things are working out so well for you. its crazy but we think we know you from watching the show.
your mother is just adorable.
you are multitalented and have so many career options, and i'm sure you will end up a very wealthy man.
it made me sad to hear that ben has given up on new york, but its great that april will get her chance to shine.
i enjoy watching the new season, but it's not the same as it was with bronnie.
take care
sandy
