In an August 2023 Instagram Story photo, Fredrik wrote, “Congrats to the new tenants of our Beverly Hills home!”

“Lease signed at full ask,” he added (that ask was $50,000 a month, by the way). “It’s a dream home and we will make sure everything is perfect for them.”

Fredrik reflected on saying goodbye to the house in his July 4, 2023 post. “We LOVE this house so much, I will forever cherish these memories with the family,” he wrote. “Completely private, [seven] bedrooms and [seven] baths, featured in Architectural Digest and Vogue, we put our hearts into this multi-million-dollar renovation and made it colorful and happy.”

“The primary bathroom has [eight] hues of blush marble in it,” he continued. “Comes with an office, a movie cinema with a THX projector, gym, infrared sauna, cold plunge, pool, hot tub, speakers everywhere, Waterworks fixtures, Apparatus lighting, L’Atelier stove and hood from Paris, [three fireplaces] inside and [one] outdoor fireplace and the best energy you can ever get. It’s truly a zen paradise.”

Since then, as of December 2023, Fredrik has revealed that the home is back on the market for anyone looking for a gorgeous new place to call their own.

He revealed the news on Instagram, writing, "Stop scrolling because this is our house in Beverly Hills and you can buy it for $11,000,000 or rent it for $50,000/month as of today. It can come with furniture and art for the right number. Last time we put it on the market for rent it went in less than 3 days at full ask with multiple bids so hurry. It’s a real special one, featuring a multimillion dollar renovation, complete privacy and serenity and of course lots of Freddy-love throughout."

In Instagram Stories previously, Fredrik posted several new photos of the renovation process.

“The renovations were extensive during COVID,” he captioned a photo of the home in the midst of the transformation. “We wanted a soft color dream.” In another snap, he noted that his kids, Milla and Freddy, “got to decide some things, like wallpaper in their rooms and playroom.”

Fredrik also shared closer looks at some other eye-catching details of the home, including a “pearl necklace from Paris, France [hanging] over the dining table” and “wood ceilings in blush.”

Explaining “there is no black or grey in the entire house,” Fredrik also admitted, “the copper in the kitchen was a daring choice perhaps.”
