Lynn Crawford

Executive Chef Lynn Crawford has over 25 years of culinary experience. She was the Executive Chef at the Four Seasons Hotel in Toronto and New York City and is currently the Chef-Owner of Ruby Watchco and Ruby Eats in Toronto. Since 2010, Chef Lynn has starred in her two-time Gemini nominated Food Network Canada hit show Pitchin’ In. The show is one of the highest-rated cooking shows in Canada and is on the Cooking Channel in the United States and on networks across Asia. The show spawned Chef Lynn’s first and best-selling cookbook (2012) Pitchin’ In: More Than 100 Great Recipes From Simple Ingredients. Her second cookbook, At Home with Lynn Crawford, will be released in September 2013. 

Crawford has made regular television appearances on programs such as Iron Chef America, Restaurant Makeover, Top Chef Canada and Chopped Canada, The Marilyn Dennis Show, Steven and Chris Show, CBC’s The National, CityLine, CTV’s Canada AM, Global TV’s Morning Show. In addition, she has received numerous professional awards, including the OHI’s Chef of the Year (2012), Chevalier du Fromage; Thomas Jefferson Award Honoree from The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts; Consumer’s Choice Business Woman of the Year; Spokesperson for the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour. 

Crawford competed in and won Chef’s Challenge presented by MasterCard in 2010 and 2012. She is invested in raising awareness and fundraising for Kidney Cancer Research at Toronto’s Sunnybrook Hospital.
