Mercedes "MJ" Javid Shares an "Incredible" Career Update Involving Jeff Lewis & Mauricio Umansky
The Shahs of Sunset real estate agent shared some "amazing" news about her career.
Since making a major career move in February 2023, Mercedes "MJ" Javid couldn't be happier in her real estate journey.
The Shahs of Sunset real estate agent shared new details on her career during the January 16 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, including her recent work with Jeff Lewis and what it's actually like to be employed by Mauricio Umansky at The Agency.

During the episode, Jeff, who was a fellow guest that night, raved about working with MJ. "She is very smart," the Flipping Out designer said. "We are doing a real estate deal together, and she is very good at what she does. I'm very, very, very impressed."
Later, he clarified, "[MJ is] representing me in the sale of a house."

Last year, MJ (who is currently a cast member on Season 2 of the Peacock series The Traitors) announced "with great excitement and pride" that she had joined Mauricio's brokerage, The Agency. Almost a year later, she shared an update on how that transition has been during her WWHL appearance.
"I love being at The Agency, it's incredible," she said. "I love being busy as a real estate agent. It's amazing for me."
Working for Mauricio has been a particularly great part of that experience. "I have a lot of interaction with him. We have meetings every week. You can text him, and he's a phone call away," MJ shared on the WWHL After Show. "He's so amazing. We're really with the best players in the game."
According to her profile on The Agency's website, MJ is "a consistent top producer with decades of industry experience and a lifetime’s worth of expertise in the Los Angeles market."
"Mercedes Javid brings negotiation savvy, attention to detail and concierge-style service to The Agency," the blurb continues. "Working from the Calabasas office, she primarily serves clients on the Westside."
