Karen Huger Reveals She Got a Facelift – But There’s Something She’s “Done” With
The Grand Dame of Potomac opened up about her "banging" beauty change and revealed why she's "done" tweaking *this*.
It’s no secret that Karen Huger has had a remarkable fashion and beauty evolution since we first met the Grande Dame during the inaugural season of The Real Housewives of Potomac.
In fact, back in Season 6 of the series, Karen addressed criticism about why she looked younger at the time than she did in Season 1. "I get the [under-eye] filler," Karen said at the time. "I take very good care of myself. I eat well. I exercise. I think age is just a number.”
That’s not the only beauty tweak Karen has received. She previously revealed that she had “injections put into [her] nose.”
On the RHOP Season 8 reunion, which aired on March 31, Karen is yet again speaking on her cosmetic procedures, revealing that she recently underwent a facelift.

Karen Huger’s “Refreshed” Facelift
During Part 1 of the reunion, host Andy Cohen read a fan-submitted question asking Karen if she made any tune-ups to her face after posting “snatched” photos on social media.
In true Karen fashion, she owned up to her recent tweaks, saying, “Absolutely, I did a deep plane [facelift], and I just look like me – refreshed.”
What other cosmetic procedures has Karen Huger done?
While Karen admitted to doing a facelift recently, her castmate, Ashley Darby, suspected she had tweaked other features – specifically her body. “Wait, so just face or did we do a little,” Ashley said before caressing her body.
As for Karen's response to the speculation? She clarified: “Oh, nothing on the body because I’m done with the body. My body is me, banging.”
One thing to know about Karen is that she will always keep it real regardless of the topic. In the video above, she explained her feelings on whether people should do cosmetic procedures.
“If you want to do it and it makes you feel better, do it,” Karen shared.

For the final sit-down of the season, Karen donned a black strapless Ozone gown with a gray pleated drape detailed bodice by Toni Maticevski. She paired the statement-making garment with silver heels and decorative jewelry from YSL.
When it came to the inspiration and vibe for the look, Karen noted she was channeling a “powerfully, elegant, modern woman.”
Now, onto the hair and glam, the RHOP ‘Wife dared to be different by opting for a sleek, blonde pixie cut with a stunning beat to the face, thanks to a smoky eye, long lashes, and nude lip.
