Katie Maloney-Schwartz Reacts to the Upcoming Vanderpump Rules Babies

WeHo is about to be full of babies! Vanderpump Rules couple Lala Kent and Randall Emmett recently announced that they are expecting a baby girl just before Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor shared that they, too, will soon be welcoming their first bundle of joy.

Katie Maloney-Schwartz recently weighed in on all of the exciting news, squashing any comments that she’s anything less than happy for her friends. 

When a Vanderpump Rules fan page shared an adorable photo of Katie and husband Tom Schwartz sharing a smooch at the beach, one Instagram user commented, “I’m ready for a baby announcement from them,” to which another noted that Katie must be having a bit of “fomo.” 

In response to the comment, Katie confirmed she’s experiencing “zero fomo,” adding, “I’m so happy for my friends and really enjoying being along for their journey. It will happen for us when it’s right. Sometimes it just takes time and doesn’t always happen the first try.” 

During the September 1 episode of Katie’s new podcast, You’re Gonna Love Me, Tom and Katie discussed their future baby plans. Tom said, “We’ll have a baby when the time is right,” to which Katie responded, “Honey, we’re not getting any younger. We’re going to have a baby.”

Although Tom then joked they should end the podcast early and “go make a baby,” Katie provided a more realistic timeline: “It doesn’t work like that. I got the app, and right now, tonight is not the time. But we can practice.”
