Is Ann Maddox Leaving Something About Her to Work for Lisa Vanderpump?
Tom Sandoval's former assistant Ann Maddox bonded with Lisa Vanderpump on WWHL and dished on working with Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney.
Tom Sandoval's former assistant Ann Maddox made her Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen debut behind the bar on May 14, but she wasn't the only Vanderpump Rules personality in the Bravo Clubhouse. In fact, she was joined by none other than Lisa Vanderpump, who ended up giving her quite the compliment in the form of a potential job offer.
Referencing the fact that Ann started out working for Sandoval, only to later be poached by Ariana Madix so she could help her and Katie Maloney prepare for Something About Her's grand opening, Lisa said on WWHL, "Hold on a second. So, Ariana's stolen Ann from Tom. Can I steal Ann from Ariana?"
Ann simply laughed at the remark.
Is Ann Maddox currently working at Something About Her?
Andy asked Ann this exact question on WWHL, and she confirmed that she's employed at Katie and Ariana's sandwich shop "right now."
What's more, Ann exclusively told The Daily Dish on April 26, "I am very excited about my new job at Something About Her. Ariana and Katie are the best bosses a girl can ask for! [I] can’t wait to 'break bread' with all the lovely fans of VPR at the sandwich shop. See you soon!"

Katie and Ariana seem equally grateful for Ann. The pair opened up about hiring Sandoval's former employee on the Vanderpump Rules After Show, with Ariana noting, "Something [Ann] had said she wanted in a job before was to be someone who contributed creatively and somebody who had upward mobility — things like that — and that's definitely something that we have. She also said she really wanted to work with women."
Katie, for her part, went on to praise everything Ann's already accomplished. "I already think she's a great addition," she said. "Just her presence and enthusiasm and everything."
Unlike Ann, Lisa is less optimistic about the fate of Something About Her. She joked on WWHL that Ann "must be busy because it's not open yet" in addition to clashing with Ariana and Katie over the optics of the delays during Part 1 of the VPR Season 11 reunion. As Lisa put it, "If it was just purely the city and the red tape, it wouldn’t take a year."
When is Something About Her opening?
Ariana and Katie visited the Bravo Clubhouse prior to Ann's WWHL debut and confirmed that after years of permit issues, staffing changes, and menu tastings, their sandwich shop is officially set to open on Wednesday, May 22.
