LVP Shades Something About Her's Delays: "I Would Have Probably Opened it a Year Ago"
The Vanderpump Rules matriarch also revealed if she would get involved in getting the sandwich shop open.
Even Lisa Vanderpump is stumped about the delayed Something About Her opening date.
The Vanderpump Rules matriarch, who has opened numerous bars and eateries during her storied career as a restaurateur (her latest venture, Wolf, opened in Lake Tahoe on April 18), weighed in on why it's taken so long for business partners Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney to open their sandwich shop.

Katie and Ariana signed the lease for their sandwich shop space, which happens to be right next door to their former place of work, SUR, on Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules.
Now, more than a year later, the Something About Her doors still have yet to officially open.

“I’m really hoping it will open very soon because they’ve been paying rent for a long time and they need to open it,” Lisa said during an interview with Access Hollywood's Housewives Nightcap.
Lisa, who has plenty of experience with getting restaurants ready to open, thinks things would have been different had she been in charge.
“There is some excuse and they’ve had problems with the city, but I would have probably opened it a year ago,” she admitted.
However, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum doesn't want to get involved in trying to get the doors open herself.
“I do not need to step in anything," she explained. "How about that?”
When Is Something About Her Opening?
During a recent interview with E! News, Katie teased that the sandwich shop's opening date is imminent.
“We are so dangerously close, and I mean that in a really positive way," she shared. “I know it’s been a really long time coming and that’s felt by everyone that asks me that question. But, I mean, if we could’ve opened six months ago, we absolutely would’ve. But it’s completely out of our hands. But we’re hiring right now and will be training very soon and it’s right around the corner. I don’t want to share a date but very, very soon.”
