If you make it your mission in life to avoid sneezing seat mates, crying kids — hell, basically anybody else on an airplane — here’s your fantasy travel tale.
Earlier this week, one Chinese woman had an entire airplane to herself — and no, it wasn’t a charter. The passenger found herself as the sole flyer on China Southern Airlines Flight 2833, a 93-minute jaunt between Wuhan to Guangzhou.
She took pictures on the flight — because, obviously, that unicorn-like event is a social media goldmine — and shared the snaps on Chinese microblogging website Weibo.
Her comments, written in Chinese, remark on her situation and good fortune. And of course, she added a trio of winky emojis with tongues sticking out to illustrate her mood. (We can think of a few other choice emojis we’d have gone with, too: the confetti popper, the champagne bottle, and the money bag.)
By the way? While this passenger was going solo in style, as many as 100,000 people were stuck at Guangzhou train station, owing to the combination of a blizzard and Chinese New Year holiday traveler blitz.
Luckiest. Flyer. Ever.
