Now that Mohamed Hadid's famous Bel Air mansion, Le Belvédère, is on the market for a cool $85 million, the real estate mogul will soon be on the move. And we've got some details on where The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills pal plans to live after some lucky person scoops up his lavish home.
His fiancée, Shiva Safai, dished that the couple is currently building another home with plans to live there once the #HouseofHadid changes owners. "The house is now up for sale and we're just waiting for that buyer to come and as soon as we have a buyer we'll be out," she told The Daily Dish. "And we're kind of building our new home waiting for that to happen. So in between we will figure something out, but right now it's not easy to sell a big house like that," she said.
Shiva is allowing her real estate developer future hubby to have his way with their next home. "You know, he is a perfectionist and obviously he knows what he's doing, so I'd like not step on his toes and let him do the design part. But he knows what I like and I think we've compromised in kind of mixing both our tastes," she said. "But I trust his judgment. He's really amazing."
We'll imagine we'll always get plenty of updates on Mohamed's home exploits thanks to his specially-designed #HouseofHadid hashtag, which lets fans peek into his life, leaving them with a major case of FOMO. Either way, now we know the backstory on the hashtag. "Our house has been so exposed in many ways for a variety of things like photo shoots or TV series or movies and family affairs, so we just came up with that hashtag of #HouseofHadid," Shiva explained.
