How Does Ryan Serhant Achieve His Beach Body?

The #MDLNY star reveals his secrets to keeping himself in top shape.

Wondering how Ryan Serhant manages to find time to stay so fit and still close all those real estate deals? Well the Million Dollar Listing New York star is dishing all about how he still looks so beach ready even with his busy schedule.

"People don't need a personal trainer," he tells the New York Times. But then, of course, Ryan isn't exactly a person with a typical schedule. He employs not one, but two personal trainers. The MDLNY agent has one trainer for weekday workouts and another for martial arts on the weekend.

"If you can wake up every morning and have your own routine, to each his own," he says. "But because I am so busy, it's an investment I'm willing to make."

But for Ryan it's not just about how be burns calories, it's also about how many he's taking in on a daily basis—and that includes when he goes out on the town. "It's 70 percent diet, to be fit and look fit," he says. "You can't do a really great workout and be spent and then eat bagels all day. You have to treat your body like a car."

Earlier this year, Ryan put his fit physique on display in Flaunt magazine, but fans might be more accustomed to seeing him all done up in a suit—as is usually the case for Ryan. And last month he opened up about his philosophy when it comes to styling himself. "I wear suits all day, everyday—sometimes even two a day—but finding suits can be a challenge since I'm 6 foot 3 inches and 210 pounds," he says. "So I shop a lot of Suitsupply, whose suits are incredibly durable, high-quality and can be custom tailored in a few hours. They know my size now, so I don't even need to be fitted there anymore. I just choose a color, and I'm done."
