Dolores Weighs In on Jackie Calling Danielle a “Clearance Aisle Snooki”
Jackie also revealed if she can see herself ever being friends with the Season 13 newbie.
The feud between Danielle Cabral and Jackie Goldschneider is heating up on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 13.
After stating that Danielle’s shorts looked like they came straight out of the laundry hamper on the February 7 premiere, Jackie and the Season 13 newbie haven’t been on the same page. When the cast went to the Jersey Shore for a getaway on the March 21 episode, Jackie, who is currently estranged from her sister, also questioned Danielle’s story about why she’s not speaking to her brother.
“There’s something that she did where she doesn’t want to look bad,” Jackie said to Margaret Josephs, Melissa Gorga, and their husbands at Melissa’s shore house. “To me, she seems like a clearance aisle Snooki.”
The jab, which referenced Jersey Shore cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, didn’t land for Dolores Catania. While appearing on the April 4 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Dolores was asked if the “clearance aisle Snooki” comment was “reasonable” or “shady.”
“Shady,” Dolores said, clarifying her stance, even though she is friends with both Jackie and Danielle.
Though Jackie may have felt like she wasn’t getting the “whole story” from Danielle about her brother, she did offer her support when the cast met with a coffee grounds reader named Angie on the latest RHONJ episode. When Angie said that Danielle’s grounds showed she would soon “make a connection with [her brother] in a peaceful way,” Jackie said she “hope[s] that’s true.”
On the RHONJ After Show, which you can check out above, Jackie explained that although she questioned Danielle’s story, she initially wanted to connect with her about their shared experiences with estranged siblings.
“I actually wanted to see if I could have a friendship with Danielle,” Jackie explained. “I actually really wanted her to look at me through a different lens, and there was never any chance of that.”
As if Jackie’s feelings toward Danielle weren’t clear enough, she revealed that she’s done with the Staten Island native.
“I’ll never waste another f--king second trying to be your friend,” The Weight of Beautiful author concluded.
