Ashley Darby and Candiace Dillard Bassett Tease the RHOP Season 8 Reunion
Candiace Dillard Bassett shared why there's "hope" that she'll reconcile with Robyn Dixon at the reunion.
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast trip to the Dominican Republic has yet to kick off on the show, but, in real time, the ladies are now getting ready to film the Season 8 reunion.
Since Season 8 premiered on November 5, viewers have seen Dr. Wendy Osefo clash with newbie Nneka Ihim, Robyn Dixon face rumors in her marriage to Juan Dixon, and Mia Thornton seek a couples' therapist to help resolve her issues with her now-ex, Gordon Thornton.
Ahead of the reunion taping, Candiace Dillard Bassett opened up about why there might be some "hope" that she can get her friendship with Robyn back on track. Meanwhile, on the February 4 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Ashley Darby revealed why there's "more to the story" when it comes to Wendy and Nneka's disagreement.

Candiace Dillard Bassett Teases the RHOP Season 8 Reunion
In the years since Candiace joined the RHOP crew, she formed a strong friendship with Robyn. However, their friendship hit a serious bump on Season 7, and the two haven't managed to make amends on Season 8.
Though Candiace and Robyn haven't seen eye-to-eye on Season 8, the singer does have "hope" that they'll be able to get on the same page during the reunion.
"I always say there's hope, even if I don't see the hope in the horizon, there's always hope," she said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. "So, I'm hoping that — the reunion is taping very soon, that we can get to the reunion, get on the couch in our super-tight, breathe-less dresses, and figure it out."
Candiace isn't, however, sure how they'll get back on track in their friendship.
"I don't know what that looks like, but we gotta figure it out," she continued. "The couch is the hash-out spot, and I'm ready to hash it out."
Ashley Darby Hints at the RHOP Season 8 Reunion
Candiace isn't the only one who is looking to get some clarity during the RHOP Season 8 reunion. Ashley is hoping to shed some light on her involvement in Wendy and Nenka's disagreement.
"You will see at the reunion that there is much more to the situation. There's more," she said on WWHL about whether she feels responsible for their discord. "There are more things that transpired, so, while I made a mistake, I'm not gonna take full responsibility for where the relationship is. And I have tried numerous times. I have I have. and I'm gonna keep trying."
