During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on February 6 alongside Vanderpump Rules' Scheana Shay, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent opened up about working with Andy Cohen again and detailed the "largest check" he's ever received from a pricey property sale in Palm Beach, Florida.

During the episode, the titular host played a game of "Clubhouse Catch Up" with Ryan as the pair discussed various details about Ryan's career and family life. When Andy asked Ryan about the "last major celebrity client" he worked with, the real estate agent was hesitant to give details, however, he ultimately exclaimed, "Maybe you?!"
"We're going to, yes we are," Andy confirmed about Ryan selling his West Village apartment. "You're gonna sell my place ... at the price you said we could get for it."

Back in December 2022, Andy revealed he on an episode of iHeartMedia’s Table for Two with Bruce Bozzi podcast that he was “figuring out [his] real estate.”
“I’m finishing this beach house,” he said. “I’m working on a new apartment in the city.”

In addition to discussing the real estate details of Andy's apartment, Andy also inquired about the "largest check" Ryan has procured since viewers last saw him on Million Dollar Listing New York.
"I sold a house in Palm Beach for $132,880,000," he shared with a smile, as Andy understandably exclaimed, "Wow," noting how "specific" Ryan was with the mention of the sale number.
"You remember those!" Ryan laughed.
