Decked out in a glamorous gold swimsuit, Sonja Morgan hilariously found a beauty accessory that was like paying for a $20,000 “boob job” in Peacock’s The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy.
The secret? Dorinda Medley’s “boob tape.”

Sonja asked Dorinda to help her with the tape after complaining that her boobs had shifted “under my under-arms” as she’s gotten older. The tape gets them pushed back to the center and looking fabulous once more — or at least, that’s how the ladies explained it.
“Dorinda knows how to do the boob tape,” Sonja told her fellow RHONY alums Kristen Taekman, Luann de Lesseps, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, and Ramona Singer during a night out at dinner in St. Barts.
“It changes your life,” Dorinda added.
Sonja decided to use the secret weapon herself the next day as the Housewives were planning to set sail in the Caribbean on a luxury yacht, a trip surprisingly not planned by former yacht owner Sonja herself.
“Since it’s a yacht day, it’s a special day for me,” Sonja remarked.
Sonja relied on Dorinda to help get the magic tape in place.
“I got my job here and her name’s Sonja Morgan,” Dorinda joked before rushing off to help.
The two Housewives then hilariously got the tape situated in the bathroom of the luxury villa where the women were vacationing for the week.
“I look like Ramona and I didn’t pay $20,000 for that boob job,” an impressed Sonja exclaimed while admiring the transformation.
“How much better does that look?” Dorinda agreed.
Just before heading out for their day of fun in the sun, Sonja thanked Dorinda for her unusual expertise.

“Do I owe you any money?” she asked. “I feel like I just had a thousand dollar surgery.”
“There’s a tip jar at the door,” Dorinda quipped.
Once Sonja was assured she looked like a million bucks in the figure-hugging gold swimsuit, she and the Housewives spent the day soaking up the sun, laying out on the deck of the yacht, and dining on a delicious lunch.
Dorinda and Luann even took a ride on an inflatable hotdog, proving they’ve still got what it takes to have a good time.
