Ramona Singer Channeled Jill Zarin in Her Hamptons Home Renovation

Now that summer is (basically) in full swing, the most fabulous New Yorkers will be flocking to the Hamptons for the summer months. Of course, that means Ramona Singer will be among them, especially considering her knack for Hamptons real estate, after all.

The Real Housewives of New York City entrepreneur has even more reason to head out to the Hamptons this summer. Ramona recently renovated her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Hamptons home and transformed it into a lighter, brighter, sleeker, and more modern mansion.

After Ramona updated her Upper East Side apartment last year, she decided to make her Hamptons crib, which she has owned for nearly 23 years, her next project. However, she only intended to remodel the kitchen at first (you can see the before in the video at the top of this post). "I only really wanted to do the kitchen," Ramona told DailyMailTV while giving a tour of her updated space, which you can check out in the below video. "It just was looking old and tired. Kind of looked like an Italian villa, and I wanted more updated."

Ramona brought in new white cabinets, new stone, two dishwashers, a wine cooler, and an ice maker into the kitchen. She also put in new hardwood floors, which made her realize she had to redo the floors in the whole house. Well, one thing led to another, and Ramona ended up renovating her entire Hamptons home. And she did it all in just six weeks. "You have to stay on top of it, and you have to really pressure everyone to get things done," she told DailyMailTV. "I was on their ass! And you know what? It got done."

Ramona also made sure to revamp her "oasis," aka her bedroom, which she redesigned with a color scheme to complement her skin tone. "This color looks really good against me, so I really thought of me," Ramona shared.

Ramona added lots of new touches to the living room too, including a coffee table that was once a door and chic gray rugs from Jill Zarin's eSaleRugs collection. "Jill Zarin, I went to her New York City apartment, she had these great rugs. They were Jill Zarin rugs designed for eSaleRugs," Ramona told DailyMailTV. "So all the rugs here on the main floor are from her company, and they're fabulous."

Jill recently told The Daily Dish how thrilled she was that Ramona liked her rugs. "She really did love them," she said. "And the reason I know is she went and asked me for another one because she wanted to expand that look into another room because she loved it so much."

And Ramona isn't the only famous fan of Jill's rugs. Jill told The Daily Dish that NeNe Leakes, Cynthia Bailey, and Kelly Killoren Bensimon all want her designs in their homes. "Yeah, I'm gonna be furnishing all the Housewives' houses," she gushed. "And they love 'em!"

Aside from helping Ramona redecorate her Hamptons home, Jill had a lot of updates to share when The Daily Dish caught up with her. Find out more, below.
