What's Up With Kenya Moore's Show 'Life Twirls On'?
The Atlanta Housewife updates fans on the progress of her scripted series.
This calls for a twirl!
Kenya Moore is inching closer and closer to premiering her long-simmering scripted series, Life Twirls On. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently updated fans on the progress of the series—and she even shared one person who has inspired her to step up her game on the show, where she's wearing multiple hats, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.
"That's what I'm talking about," she shared on Instagram. "@tylerperry My Hero #boss #talent #Ownership #LifeTwirlsOn coming soon!"
While a more specific release date has yet to be confirmed by Kenya, she's always had a clear focus of what the show will be like once it does air.
"I am a producer, I'm an actor, I'm a writer," she said in an interview last November. "I wanted to focus on getting back to who I am and what I do best. The TV show is a half-hour comedy loosely based on my life. It's funny, it shows me in a situation where I have two sisters. We move in together to try and resolve our differences, we're all at different crossroads in our lives. It's very exciting. I'm getting a lot of positive feedback."
Back in December, Kenya opened up a little bit more about the opportunities that have come her way since joining RHOA, which includes having the chance to work on Life Twirls On.
"For me this season has been about getting back to doing what I do best and thatís being in front of and behind the camera," she revealed. "It's been a great platform for me, just for the opportunities that have come my way and continue to come my way."
