Kourtney Kardashian's Fridge Is Missing This One Major Thing — Can You Guess What It Is?

The reality star stays away from this food group, but makes up for it in delicious ways.

Kourtney Kardashian is famously strict when it comes to her clean diet. (And, judging from recent, bare-it-all vacation snaps, we'd say that whatever she's doing is working!) Not only does she eliminate items from her kitchen that she considers potentially unhealthy, but the reality star most definitely eliminates a whole array of items from her diet for an overall incredibly restrained regiment.

One of those restrictions is a diet that is absolutely free from dairy, and so — as you might expect — her fridge isn't exactly overflowing with ice cream and brie. 

But, as she recently revealed on her app, Kardashian does stock substitutions for every dairy craving she could possibly encounter.

For example, when she feels the need for nachos (yep, celebrities get that, too!), the mom busts out shredded "mozzarella" made with almond milk. "You would never know the difference," she vows. And — speaking of Kourtney-compliant cheeses — she also keeps lactose-free Daiya shredded cheddar and Follow Your Heart vegan cheese in constant supply. 

Now, about that ice cream. While you won't find anything made with regular cream in Kardashian's fridge, she is a devotee of So Delicious' variation, which is made with coconut milk. (And, speaking of So Delicious, Kourt also swears by the brand's coconut milk yogurt, and its coconut milk beverage.) 

So, the moral of the story is: Even in a dairy-free household, the Kardashian sister can still get her nachos on — and then some. Thank goodness for tasty substitutions!
