Kourtney Kardashian spends lots of time in the kitchen, where she's ditched her microwave in favor of a clean, gluten-free eating lifestyle. Mostly clean, that is; the Keeping Up with the Kardashians mom is not so militant about it that she would alter the recipe for her family's favorite pasta sauce, which has a little naughty ingredient. Well, naughty by her standards.
That ingredient is brown sugar, which Kourtney told subscribers to her website that she throws in with her pomodoro sauce of San Marzano tomatoes, onions, garlic, seasonings, and water — which she serves over gluten-free noodles.
That's right, sugar — the sworn enemy of so many health-conscious eaters — but something that Kourtney has kept in her family's diet in moderation.
