Noelle Robinson Shows Her Abs in a Strappy Neon Bikini

Noelle Robinson's favorite trend lately appears to be anything strappy. The Real Housewives of Atlanta college student and model on the rise just stepped out last week in a black backless minidress that was all laced up, with equally strappy black heels. 

Now Cynthia Bailey's daughter is hanging out poolside and she's still in a laced-up frame of mind. Noelle snapped a photo in a halter top bikini with straps and cut-outs, and she's proving that neon can be incredibly flattering. Noelle's not the only one wearing neon yellow this summer: The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter Sophia Umansky is an expert at rocking the exact same bright hue. Sophia's got both a neon highlighter yellow blazer and a T-shirt in the same shade. Meanwhile RHOA newcomer Shamari DeVoe rocked a neon yellow pantsuit for a big birthday recently.
