Teresa Giudice entered her first bodybuilding competition last month and wowed everyone with her ripped physique. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom and cookbook author loves to splurge once in a while — did you see her decadent dessert spread at her birthday last month? — but she also loves to make healthy meals to fuel her intense workouts.

Her go-to, which she showed on her Instagram Stories, is egg whites and zucchini. She sautees the zucchini in a pan until they get a little color on each side and then she pours in her egg whites.

It's not the first time Teresa has shared a version of this meal of egg whites and veggies: Just two ingredients gives her the energy that works!

Egg whites aren't just a high-powered fuel food for working out, by the way: Teresa loves to make egg white omelets for her daughters on the weekends, too — she often uses mushrooms, red bell peppers, and onions for those.
