Alex McCord Shows the Sweet Way She Spent Mother's Day
The Real Housewives of New York City alum teamed up with her youngest son for a "totally delicious" endeavor.
Much has changed for Alex McCord since we last saw her on The Real Housewives of New York City. The RHONY OG has had a major change of address, for one thing: She now lives in Australia instead of Brooklyn. But Alex still shares a tight bond with her two boys, Francois and Johan. And on Mother's Day, she teamed up with her youngest for a sweet bonding activity.
In a recent Instagram post, the former New Yorker showed a photo of gooey cinnamon rolls that were dripping with white icing. "Mother’s Day cinnamon rolls, homemade with [Johan Van Kempen] and totally delicious," the mother of two wrote. We'll take Alex's word for it. The rolls certainly look delicious to us, and we're not the only ones being tempted.
in the comments, Alex's hubby, Simon Van Kempen, wrote: "My heart loves you, my waistline ..:.: not so much!" It's dangerous having a spouse who's a talented baker: Just ask Captain Lee Rosbach. And in the meantime, get an eyeful of Alex and Johan's Mother's Day treat:
It looks like cinnamon rolls aren't the only thing this mother-son duo is whipping up. On his feed, Johan recently shared another snap of freshly baked goods. "Homemade donuts! I made the glaze and mum made the dough." he wrote.
