So This Is What Happens When Carole Radziwill Cooks for Herself

The Real Housewives of New York City alum has been open about her dislike of cooking, but recently she gave it a go.

Carole Radziwill once gave BravoTV.com a tour of her West Village pad (see the clip above.) Though The Real Housewives of New York City alum had much to say about her vinyl collection, her cozy office, and her cleverly organized closet, she was more reticent when she stepped into the kitchen.

"There's really not much to talk about in the kitchen," she said. "This is my stove, which I have never actually used." So, has that changed since 2017?

As she proved in a recent Instagram post, there has been a major update on the stove front. Carole has now officially used the kitchen appliance, and she had a pretty photo to show for her efforts. For breakfast, the New York writer whipped up a "perfect" 10-minute egg, and paired it with oatmeal and blueberries. But behind the scenes, things weren't as picture-perfect.

In the next photo, Carole showed the "mess" her meal had made. "Not sure about this cooking thing," she confessed. And after cleaning up the spilled milk from her stovetop (at least, that's what we think that was), one issue remained, "The pilot light when out and kitchen smells like gas now," she wrote. In sum: "I need more practice before [I] try this again."
