Heather Dubrow is always game for a "fancy-pants" afternoon — especially if she can spend it with one of her beloved children. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member recently took to Instagram with an update on her daughter Max Dubrow. In the post, she shared a behind-the-scenes look at a very special outing that she and her eldest daughter shared. And yes, it involved a bit of "champs" for mom.

Heather Dubrow and Max Dubrow have a special tea
In a January 2 Instagram post, Heather shared a carousel of photos that offered a look inside her swanky tea party at the Peninsula Hotel. "Gifted experience is MY CUP OF TEA!!!" she quipped in her caption. "[Max Dubrow] pulled my name for our family secret Santa exchange this year! Instead of getting a gift, she arranged for us to have High Tea at the very chic Peninsula Hotel! What a special and thoughtful idea! An afternoon of Champs, tea, finger food, and ALONE TIME with my oldest daughter?!?! Yes please!!!"
If you think Heather's description sounds lovely, wait till you see the pics. Her Instagram post showed her and her 20-year-old daughter cuddled up in a plush booth, toasting with two dainty cups of tea. Heather also shared a photo of the finger foods, which were served on silver trays. Plus, the mom of four provided a peek of her glass of champagne, and the photo showed a harpist in the background.
In her Instagram Stories, Heather continued to gush over the special outing. "Loved this day so much," she wrote, adding red-heart emojis to a photo of her and Max that was also posted in her feed.
Heather Dubrow celebrates Max and Nick Dubrow's 20th birthday
Back in November, Max, her brother Nick Dubrow, and their entire clan had another festive day. Just days after their 2023 Thanksgiving festivities, the gang came together for another celebration at their Beverly Hills home. The occasion? Max and Nick had officially turned 20.
Hether took to Instagram on November 25 to share photos from the celebration, a video of the twns blowing out the candles on their cake, and a throwback picture of them from when they were little.
"Happy 20th Birthday [Nick] and [Max]!!!!!" Heather's caption began. "We love you so much and are so proud of the incredible humans you are!!!"
She went on to add that they had an "amazing dinner" at Nobu before sharing that they returned home "for presents and cake."
