OMFG the Disneyland of Food Has Just Opened and It's Carb Heaven on Earth

Our prayers to the pasta gods have finally been answered.

Culinary trips to Italy just got exponentially more exciting with the opening of FICO Eataly World in Bologna, on November 15. Imagine 20 acres of food nerdiness, which includes 40 restaurants and food kiosks to try and tons of agricultural land to explore by bike or foot while learning about growth and production by experts manning 40 different farm stations. Mindblowing. Delicious. Italian. #Vacaygoals. Want. WANT!!!!

They call the $106 million dollar experience an "agri-food park" that will attract an estimated six million visitors annually, but darned if it doesn't sound like edible Disneyland to our minds... and our palates.

Best of all (and unlike Disney), admission is free — and you're going to need that cash for all those impulse buys. Too. Many. Choices.

Can't make it to Europe? Eataly also just recently opened an extravagant food hall in Los Angeles. And it might have been so popular it had to temporarily close right off the bat to reassess strategy!
