Raquel Leviss Reveals What’s Next for Her Modeling Career

Raquel Leviss is quite the busy lady these days. After an eventful season on Vanderpump Rules, the globe-trotting model has seen her career take off, with appearances in Fashion Week shows in both Paris and Los Angeles. So when Raquel recently spoke with The Lookbook about her future on the runway, she made it clear that this is only the beginning. 

"I actually first started modeling when I was in high school in 2012, and I’ve actually known this designer, Walter Mendez, since 2013," she shared. "When I first started modeling I shot some of his dresses for him when he first started designing, and since then he’s designed red carpet looks and stage looks for JLo, Mariah Carey and Beyoncé, so he’s definitely come a long way since we first met each other." 

Clearly, Raquel has also come a long way since the duo began working together. It was her experiences with Mendez, who designed her iconic dress for the Vanderpump Rules Season 7 Reunion, that helped the model get to where she is today. "In the past two months, I walked for another designer in Paris Fashion Week, which was a dream come true. And then I shot some looks in Paris, and it’s been unreal. I’m loving my modeling career," she shared.

And after getting a taste of the runway, there's one show Raquel has her sights set on: "I think my biggest dream is to walk the Victoria’s Secret runway... I look at those models and I’m like, ‘Oh, I could do that!’" she revealed. "I love walking the runway and I used to be a dancer and I love performing in front of people, so I feel like when you walk the runway it’s very similar, that kind of performance aspect."

Oh, and if she could choose the performer for the show, it would definitely be her boyfriend, DJ James Kennedy. "James will perform the Victoria’s Secret Runway Show and Raquel will walk," she predicted. "That would be iconic!" Iconic, indeed.
