Would Beau Clark Ever Open a Chef Beau R Dee Restaurant?
The Vanderpump Rules newbie, who is engaged to Stassi Schroeder, revealed his plans for a potential future business.
As Stassi Schroeder and Beau Clark get settled into their new home, Beau's been cooking up a storm in their kitchen, where the Vanderpump Rules couple is demolishing a $20,000 pizza oven in order to gain more space to make food and entertain.
Beau takes his kitchen time so seriously, he has dubbed himself "Chef Beau R Dee," and since they happen to know serial restaurateurs Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd, maybe he'd like to open a Chef Beau R Dee Restaurant some day?
Beau revealed on a Pumped Up episode of Vanderpump Rules that he doesn't have ambitions to open a brick or mortar restaurant.
“But I’d totally do a food truck—with lots of funny T-shirts," he said.
Beau has a few different recipes that he loves to make at home — hopefully some of them come with Stassi's fave Ranch dressing — but his most favorite is what he has dubbed "Beau-vacado Toast."
"So many options!" he explained.
