See the Extravagant Tiffany Wedding Gift Lisa Bought for Jax and Brittany
Jax joked that they "won't get much use" out of the Vanderpump Rules matriarch's gift.
When Lisa Vanderpump surprised Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright by showing up at their Kentucky castle wedding (she had previously thought she would need to return to London for her mother’s funeral), the Vanderpump Rules couple was extremely grateful. But Lisa’s presence wasn’t the only present she gave the newlyweds.
When everyone returned to California after Jax and Brittany’s wedding, Lisa invited the pair over for a more intimate exchange. The gift Lisa chose was so fragile, she actually decided not to give it to them at the wedding. Instead, she took it back home with her. (Which is definitely the kind of thing you can do when you’re flying private with Randall Emmett, and don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions!)
“I have a gift for you! From Tiffany,” Lisa said. “I took it all the way to Kentucky, and then I thought, ‘You know what? I’m not going to do that. They’re going to break it. I’m going to bring it back.’”
Lisa presented Jax and Brittany with a beautiful white and turquoise tea set from Tiffany’s Color Block collection. Watch the video above to see the gorgeous gift.
“The tea set is absolutely beautiful. If somebody wants to come over and have tea someday, they can use that,” said Jax. “So... yeah. That tea set is not gonna get that much use.”
Despite Jax’s incredibly lax attitude towards Lisa’s gift, he was obviously extremely moved by her decision to attend the wedding. When she arrived in Kentucky, he pulled Lisa aside, and genuinely thanked her.
“You guys are my family,” said Jax, who got choked up speaking to Lisa about his mother's absence at the wedding. “For you to be here, I appreciate that so much.”
Jax went on to explain the significance of Lisa being able to attend the wedding, despite the tough time she was going through personally.
“Lisa has been like a mother to me since I met her 10 years ago and you know, I look up to her,” he said. “I don’t have any parents here, so having my alternate parent here is wonderful.”
