One of the most buzzed-about scenes from Vanderpump Rules' Season 2 was when Tom Schwartz poured a drink on Katie Maloney-Schwartz's head during an argument. While plenty of drama has played out in the years since then, that moment is still a topic of conversation for the couple.

During a game of "Should You Apologize?" on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen's September 29 episode, the titular host asked, "Schwartz, should you apologize to Katie for pouring beer on her head in Mexico?"

"Yes, I have thoroughly," he replied. "I do on a weekly basis."

Of course, the couple has happily moved on from that encounter. In the years that followed, Tom and Katie eventually got married and settled into a dreamy new house. Now, Katie is looking to take another major step in their relationship by teaming up with her husband and Tom Sandoval on their new bar.

"I wanna get involved," Katie told Schwartz on the September 28 Season 9 premiere of Vanderpump Rules. "Since we're not having a baby, this could be like our baby. First of all, I have more restaurant experience than you do so I'm actually far more qualified."

"I started working at a f--king restaurant when I was 13 years old. My mom ran a restaurant my entire life," she continued in an interview. "[Tom and Tom] would be idiots not to take advantage of my help. Are you kidding me?"
