It's a suspenseful time for fans of the Kar-Jenner clan, and the world has so many questions about the famous family. Does Kim truly have a surrogate? Who is that surrogate? Is Khloe Kardashian pregnant? Is Kylie Jenner expecting, too? And — if there are indeed little ones on the way — will they all wear Balenciaga baby gear? 

On Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen last night, a caller touched on yet another pressing question. Doctor Mehmet Oz was Andy's guest, and was on hand to deliver tips on everything from the best way to lose belly fat (find out here) to whether pregnant women can get lip injections.

Or, not women per se — more like one very famous woman. A caller asked: "Doctor Oz, if Kylie Jenner's pregnant, can she keep getting lip injections, or should she hold off?" After all, lip injections are serious business for the makeup mogul. Jenner started plumping her pout when she was just 17 years old, and began her beauty empire with those hotly coveted Lip Kits.
