Why Taylor Ann Green Has Tom Schwartz “Blushing”

It’s been roughly two months since Southern Charm’s Taylor Ann Green revealed her crush on Tom Schwartz during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, and the pair finally came face-to-face at BravoCon 2022 this past weekend. 

Andy Cohen even reminded Tom of Taylor’s comments during a special edition of WWHL dedicated to Southern Charm, Vanderpump Rules, and Summer House. “Schwartz, there’s been a call out to you by Taylor on WWHL. I asked her who she was looking forward to meeting at BravoCon, and she was like, ‘Look at this beautiful, handsome Tom Schwartz. I’d like to get to know him.’ Has that happened at all?”

Andy may have slightly embellished Taylor’s exact words, but that didn’t stop her from boldly turning to Tom and saying, ‘I’m Taylor,” while offering her hand for a handshake. 

“I’m blushing a little bit,” Tom admitted. “Obviously, she’s lovely.”

However, Tom also said that Shep Rose — Taylor’s ex-boyfriend — is still “his boy.” 

Shep himself was also onstage with Tom and Taylor, as was Tom’s ex-wife, Katie Maloney. “Not awkward at all,” Andy joked. 

It turns out that Shep had already given Tom and Taylor the go-ahead, though. “I love Thomas Schwartz — that would make me happy if she ended up with Thomas Schwartz,” Shep told E! News at BravoCon on October 15. “My point is I’m not a jealous man. We had a great, great time. If she ends up with a very good guy that makes her happy, that would make me happy.”

That same day, Tom also opened up to E! News about a potential romance with Taylor. “Obviously Taylor is drop-dead gorgeous, a 10 out of 10,” he said. “But at this point in my life, dating seems like such an abstraction to me. I’m not even thinking about dating. I’m embracing being single, focusing on my career.”
