Andy Cohen dishes on his dining experience at The Breslin.
Last night we went to April Bloomfield's new-ish (maybe not that new) restaurant, The Breslin, at the Ace Hotel and it is not only a gorgeous scene but it's really good. It's very game-y, if you like that kind of thing, and the lamb burger is meant to be the best in NYC. Let me put it this way, they ring a bell every time a (full) pig leaves the kitchen.
I had a baby chicken, and I could've done without the waiter telling me all about what a baby the chicken was, because that humanizes the chicken and makes me a little sick. (I have dead-alive issues with food sometimes.) But I digress. It was a good meal and a great vibe.
Tonight we've got Denise Richards flying in just to join us in the Clubhouse, then she's flying right back in the morning. I am a little worried about her making it, because she lands around 9 and we're live at 11. It's going to be a squeaker! She's joining Alex McCord on the show, and we're going to debut a taste of Simon van Kempen's new single. You heard me -- Simon has a new single. I guess it was bound to happen??In other music thoughts, I can't get J. Lo's freaking "On the Floor" out of my head. And I guess that's the point. L.A. Reid is a genius "Judas" so far is giving me a headache. I fully expect that to change at some point.
OK I have a ton of work to do. I am on Joy Behar tonight then live at 11 on Bravo. Have a good day.
