This Is Hannah Ferrier's "Secret" to Staying So Insanely Fit

Hannah Ferrier has been teasing us about her athletic collection for some time now, and we couldn't be more stoked to get our hands on the ultra-flattering workout gear now that it has finally launched. But first, we need to plan how we'll wear it — besides while lounging on the couch, binge-watching Below Deck Mediterranean, of course. 

The Lookbook recently chatted with the chief stew, and got some insight into how she herself will wear the tops, leggings, and other sexy and sleek pieces from her Slay Fit collection. Short answer: squeezing in a workout however she can, with no set agenda in place. 

"I would love to have a consistent routine but it’s so hard when you travel as much as I do," Hannah confided. "I have a personal trainer who I work with in Sydney, and then try to always have a hotel with a gym. My secret is to have no regime! If I’m jet lagged at 3 a.m., I work out then!"

And whether she's working out with her trainer or hitting the treadmill alone in the wee hours, Hannah shared that she tries to do interval training at least three times a week.

But the gym isn't the only place Hannah rocks her Slay Fit designs. "The reason I started wearing active wear outside the gym was because I travel so much," she told us. "It’s so comfy to wear on long-haul flights and removes the need to get changed on the plane!" Working with a business partner and an American manufacturer, Hannah said that she set out to design clothes that are comfortable with "cute details," and she's particularly fond of the bra top she dreamed up. ("The back is so cute," she teases.) 

We're sold, but we have just one question left: Will any of Hannah's fellow yachties be wearing her designs? "I have just sent it out to the lovely Kate Chastain and can’t wait to see her rock it!" she shared. Neither can we!
