Oops! Captain Sandy and Her GF Had a Hallway Picnic After They Got Locked out of Their Hotel Room
The Below Deck Mediterranean boss and her GF had to think fast when one of them made a little mistake.
Breakfast service has been a bit rocky this season of Below Deck Mediterranean. (One word: Pancakes. See above.) So, Captain Sandy Yawn has become adept at rolling with the punches when it comes to breakfast hiccups, and she recently demonstrated her flexibility in this matter on dry land.
In an Instagram Story, Sandy showed herself and her girlfriend, Leah Shafer, in the midst of a little breakfast picnic. This wasn't exactly like the picnics the yachties set up for charter guests on Below Deck, mind you. Instead, the couple was seated outside heir hotel room, eating egg-white bites in a dimly-lit, carpeted hallway — because someone forgot the key.
In a video of the accidental picnic, Sandy wondered aloud whether or not the floor was dirty as she sat back and tucked into her Starbucks order, apparently not really bothered.
But whether or not the breakfast had ideal conditions, the impromptu picnic turned out to be kind of romantic. "Why are you so hot?" Sandy asked Leah. Can't you just feel the chemistry here?
