Are These the Most Complicated Preference Sheets in the History of Below Deck?
Chef Anthony Iracane admits to being "stressed" over the picky charter guests.
Below Deck yachties and fans alike know that picky charter guests are nothing new, but the group boarding St. David on Season 11, Episode 9 — set to air Monday, April 1 — may take the record for having the most complicated preference sheets of all time.
Below Deck Season 11, Episode 9's Charter Guests
A preview for the episode shows Captain Kerry Titheradge, chief stew Fraser Olender, bosun Ben Willoughby, and chef Anthony Iracane getting to know their new charter guests via their preference sheets. Joining the crew will be a former cruise director named Melinda; her husband, Noah; a fashion executive named Gary; and his girlfriend, who is none other than The Real Housewives of New York City alum Jill Zarin.
How do they all know each other? Well, as Captain Kerry reveals, "These guests met playing pickleball in the States."

The Charter Guests' Preference Sheets on Below Deck Season 11, Episode 9
Continuing to make their way through the guests' preference sheets, the Below Deck crew discovers that they've got their work cut out for them.
Off the table immediately are dairy, gluten, raw tomatoes, eggplant, green peppers, honeydew melon, bananas, and hazelnut — and that's from just a singular preference sheet. Another guest dislikes both meat and fish, while a different one has a disdain for veggies.
What's more, the guests are requesting "a gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free" piña colada cake — or as Fraser jokes, "just dust."
Unsurprisingly, chef Anthony admits he's "very stressed."
What Else to Expect on Below Deck Season 11, Episode 9
Anthony has other reasons to be stressed, too. The above Below Deck preview also features a conversation between Captain Kerry and Fraser, during which the latter says Anthony is "putting too much on his plate."
"It's such a sh-t show in there," Fraser adds of the kitchen. "Maybe pop your head in more often."
Kerry, however, is hesitant to get involved. "People who are that creative, they'll break. I've got to be careful on how hard I push," he tells Fraser before elaborating in a confessional interview. "Chefs are artists and they can be quite sensitive. I had a good friend of mine who came and worked for me as a chef ... I ruined a friendship because of the pressure I put on her. Anthony is a great chef and I don't want to push him over the edge."
"So, I gotta kind balance that out," Kerry adds in his conversation with Fraser. "And it's his art that's gonna be critiqued."
