Meet the stew replacing Cat Baugh on Below Deck Season 11

After Cat's exit from St. David on Season 11, Episode 7, there was an open spot in the crew. Viewers will get to meet the stew's replacement as Season 11 progresses, but she's briefly featured in the midseason teaser.

"She's an attractive girl," deckhand Kyle Stillie says, and Bosun Ben Willoughby agrees.

Ben, who has been engaging in a boatmance with Sunny on Season 11, is worried that the new stew will shake things up.

"Bloody hell," he says in an interview about the stew. "I'm in trouble."

Several crew members' jobs are in jeopardy

Elsewhere in the teaser, numerous crew members are feeling the heat when it comes to their jobs on the boat.

Chef Anthony Iracane questions if he's "good enough" to be on the boat, while Barbara "Barbie" Pascual isn't sure if she can keep working with chief stew Fraser Olender

"Everybody knows there's sh-t going on between me and Fraser," Barbie says. In another moment, she asks Fraser, "Do you want me to go?"

"I'd rather have no sleep than have to look at your face every morning," Fraser responds in an interview.

Barbie and Chef Anthony aren't the only ones whose jobs are on the line. Captain Kerry Titheradge calls out Bosun Ben for "blatant disrespect" in another part of the teaser. The captain also has a meeting with a crew member (whose identity isn't revealed), and he says that the yachtie isn't "adding value" on the boat.

"I can't have you here," Kerry says, and viewers will have to stay tuned to find out who is on the chopping block next.
