It looks like Kevin Dobson isn't the only Valor staffer who knows how to cook. So if the chef throws out his back again, we know whom the crew can rely on to make dinner for the charter guests. The only hitch: They'd have to then find an alternate captain.

How to Watch

Watch Below Deck on Peacock and the Bravo App.

In a juicy reveal from the January 20 episode of Below Deck, Captain Lee Rosbach opened up about his former life in the food industry. While viewers saw Kevin sitting out his back pain, Captain Lee mused in his interview, "I'm the only one that knows anything about a galley. I've owned 10 restaurants over the last 20 years, and I'm pretty goddamn good on a grill." (It's true: Lee has owned restaurants in Indiana, Georgia, Florida, and Turks and Caicos.)

But the captain's not exactly angling for Kevin's job. As he rather evocatively put it: "I can't make a pimple on his ass in terms of preparation and presentation."

Meanwhile, Captain Lee's not the only yacht boss with a background in food. Captain Sandy Yawn recently told BravoTV.com that she was raised in the meat industry. "After school, after we did our homework, we worked in our meat shop," she shared. "So I'm like a meat snob."
