Kate Chastain still may be basking in the glow of her recent turn on the red carpet for the 2019 Creative Arts Emmys, but the Below Deck chief stew will always keep it real when it comes to getting her job done. And whether she's donning her yachtie uniform or dressed to the nines like a primary charter guest, there's one thing Kate always manages to bring to the equation — her resting bitch face. 

A recent New York Post article explained that more and more women are turning to plastic surgery to fix RBF — and Kate has thoughts. RBF, for those who aren't in the know, is the common affliction of always looking like you're upset, annoyed, or just generally unapproachable — all of which have been said (unfairly, we might add) about Kate during her tenure. 

The article credits reality tv stars like the Kardashians and the constant taking of selfies for the uptick in treatments as more women are concentrating on softening their lower mouths. Injections like smile line fillers and plumping solutions under the lip can help give the appearance of being "happier", according to the story.

But Kate is taking her pioneering RBF status in stride. She shared the article on twitter and captioned, "#Trendsetter since season 2".
