Whoa, Check out Below Deck's Rhylee Gerber with Part of Her Head Shaved

Being in self-isolation can bring out a whole host of interesting feelings and issues — especially when it comes to all things beauty. While some, like Kyle Richards, are taking their home haircare into their own skilled hands, others, like Below Deck's Rhylee Gerber, are revisiting old (and possibly ill-advised) hair looks that perfectly embody the spirit of these chaotic and troubling times. 

Not only is Rhylee, like all of us, grappling with coronavirus and the many weird issues that come with self-quarantine, but she also shared her stepfather's recent battle with bone cancer. Self-isolation life has affected all of us differently, but for Rhylee it seems to be bringing out edgier vibes, according to her most recent Instagram post. 

On March 24, she shared a shocking throwback shot of her signature red mane with half of her head shaved! Yes, you read that right, Rhylee used to have a quarter buzz haircut and we can hardly believe it. The asymmetrical cut was totally unexpected, but as she explains in her caption, this haircut was an entire mood. 

"#quarantine update: my inner 2007 britney is starting to show," she wrote in reference to Britney Spears' 2007 shaved head moment that now lives in infamy.
