The Below Deck Season 8 Reunion Looks Are Unlike Anything We've Ever Seen

Below Deck Season 8 was one for the books. From rule-breaking to unexpected departures to perhaps the most extreme preference sheet in Below Deck history, there was never a dull moment aboard My Seanna — and we're not done yet. Stews, deckhands, and Captain Lee Rosbach recently gathered to hash out all of this season's drama, and they came ready to spill the tea in style. 

For the Season 8 reunion, the yachties ditched their nautical uniforms and highlighted their personalities through fashion like we haven't seen before. The always sharp Captain Lee appeared in a black suit jacket, which he paired with a white button-up shirt and a striped tie. But he was also sporting a totally new look: The Below Deck OG added some flair with purple-hued specs. 

Meanwhile, the rest of the fellas opted for pastel hues. Bosun Eddie Lucas (who made his big return this season) donned a sharp, grid check dress shirt. James Hough and Shane Coopersmith went... a bit more casual. James went all in on comfort with a light green T-shirt, sweat pants, and pool slides. Shane kept it easy breezy in a yellow shirt and cuffed pants.

The ladies dazzled in an array of statement-making ensembles. Lead deckhand Isabelle “Izzy” Wouters brought all the sparkle in a glittery, gold crop top, which she paired with a sleek half updo and a bold red lip. Chef Rachel Hargrove and stew Elizabeth Frankini both went for form-fitting dresses. Rachel paired her new red hair with a light blue cap-sleeved number that gave off retro vibes while Elizabeth's studded, sheer rainbow maxi was equal parts sexy and playful. 

Stew Ashling Lorger kept it chic in a sleek, black two-piece set and gold jewelry. Last but certainly not least, chief stew Francesca Rubi stunned in a feather navy blouse featuring a plunging neckline. She topped her look with gold drop earrings, a simple updo, and glowing makeup.
