Kate Chastain Just Found Her Personal "Life Motto" Inside of a Fortune Cookie
The Below Deck chief stew got a fortune clearly meant for her alone.
Kate Chastain just may have found the meaning of life — or, more specifically, her own jet-setting life — in dessert. The hard-working chief stew from Below Deck took to her Instagram Stories to share her "life motto," which she found articulated inside of a fortune cookie.
"Let the spirit of adventure set the tone," reads the fortune, which is pretty spot on for someone who lives the yachting life and pretty much goes where the wind blows them. And who, it should be noted, once survived a shipwreck on rosé and chips — so she'd not likely discount the power of snack food to carry powerful weight.
Kate recently challenged Michael Kelcourse, the butler slash majordomo for Southern Charm matriarch Patricia Altschul, to a martini competition aboard the Below Deck yacht. Could that be her next adventure?
