If you're looking for a tame, stuffy red carpet, MTV Awards shows are not the place to be. Celebrities bring their wildest looks to the music station's big events—that much we know. Pink latex, indecent amount of under-boob, yeah, yeah. Been there. 

So, here's what's amazing about the red carpet at last night's MTV Movie and TV Awards: the person who stood out the most was wearing nothing more than a little black dress. That's right, we're talking about Cara Delevingne. 

The model-turned-actor-turned-author gave her buzz-cut head a spin at least week's Met Gala, where she covered her dome in an ethereal swipe of silver paint. A dusting of jewels topped off the look, which also featured a nude lip and just a hint of smoky eye makeup. 

For last night's event, the London native went bolder and darker, and looked like a fierce future woman when she posed for the paparazzi. With a raisin lip that set her blue eyes blazing, Cara wore a short, glitter-encrusted YSL dress and thigh-high velvet boots by Anthony Vaccarello. 

Though the sheer magnitude of Cara's bad-assery has everyone talking about her this morning, she wasn't the only celeb to rock boots on the red carpet. Rising style star Millie Bobby Brown also tried her hand at the trend, pairing white cowboy boots with her white Calvin Klein shift.
