Thanks

Roblé thanks his fans (and his final clients) for making this a season to remember.

By Roble Ali

First off I'd like to say thank you to everyone who tuned in and supported this debut season of Chef Roblé and Co. I really appreciate your support. Fingers crossed we will be back soon for Season 2.

Let's talk about the Rachel Dratch event. I was more proud of the food we served at that event than any other. Rachel really gave us the ball and let us run with it. She was not very specific at all. She just said that she wanted "good Spanish food." It goes to show how good of a job we can do when we have a client that let's us fly. I'd like to give a special thanks to Mr. Adam Banks, my sous chef. He contributed a lot of creative ideas that ended up making this event one to remember. One of those ideas was the "porron." That was the Spanish wine pitcher with the little spout that everyone had so much fun with.

It was so much fun catering Malcolm and Tyson's wedding reception. First of all I love cooking Caribbean food. There were really fun items that didn't make the cut like the Lobster Roti and a delicious Jamaican Rum Cake that Kikuyo made. Malcom and Tyson were also super cool as clients. I'm honored that they would trust us, an upstart catering company to put together such a special event for them. I wish them all the best in their marriage.

Thanks again everyone! If you want to keep up with me until we return, follow me on Twitter @ChefRoble and check out my blog Bleezie's Playhouse.
