Selena Gomez might have switched up her hair more in 2017 than any other celebrity: she got sideswept bangs, a faux bob, went blonde, added fringe bangs to her lob, and tried out a lavender tint, all in one year.

But the pop star seems to be ringing in 2018 with her natural hair color, just a month after dyeing her hair platinum. That was quick! She even swore to E! a couple weeks ago that her icy blonde hair wasn't going anywhere. 

Oh well, the heart what wants it wants, and apparently Gomez wants to go back to brunette. Gomez appeared on her cousin's Instagram over the holidays and her blonde locks were long gone. 

Gomez had a big surprise for her cousin: she helped her get her dream wedding dress, which is the sweetest Christmas gift. The singer's already proven she's the best wedding guest, and now she's setting the bar high for maid of honor too. We're guessing that even though Gomez's platinum blonde era appears to be over, chances are good she'll still be a major source of hair inspo in 2018.
