This Is the Intense Way Teresa Giudice Trains for Those Bikini Fitness Competitions

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 9 premieres tonight, November 7, at 9/8 c, but we don't know how we can wait another second to reunite with our favorite Jersey ladies. Luckily, we have a little teaser as to what we can expect from Teresa Giudice this season in the clip above. And if you haven't guessed it already — hello, ripped abs and hey, shredded arms — the fitness fanatic has been pumping iron like it's her job. 

To catch viewers up on what she's been up to since Season 8, Teresa had cameras follow her to her new natural habitat: the gym. "I'm going to be entering a bikini fitness competition," she announced back then.

By now, we've all seen Teresa looking like a million bucks (a very fit million bucks) in the actual show. But did you know what went into the daily workouts that got her looking that amazing?

Here's the scoop: "I have to do 45 minutes of weight training every day, and 45 minutes of cardio twice a day," she shared. Two daily cardios — yeesh!  That's pretty intense!

But it almost seems managable when the RHONJ pal breaks down all her moves. Watch the clip above to have Teresa take you through her fat-blasting workout, step-by-step. All, we might add, while wearing glittering golden sneakers. 

Warning: After watching this, you may wish Teresa were your personal trainer. Sadly, we don't think she's taking on clients at the moment.
