Dr. Jackie Walters Celebrates Seeing “Some Progress” on Her Major Home Renovation
The Married to Medicine doctor shared a glimpse at some of the upgrades she's making to her home.
Remodeling a home can be a long and arduous process, as Dr. Jackie Walters has learned firsthand. The Married to Medicine cast member bought a fixer upper last year and has had a full-home renovation underway since the fall. After months of grueling construction, Dr. Jackie says she’s finally seeing “some progress,” and she’s sharing a first look at the result on Instagram.
The physician took to Instagram to share a glimpse at the ongoing renovations, which she previously described as “painful.” The brief videos show some of the headway that has been made on the house, including the installation of wood floors in what looks like a den or sitting room area and a partially finished bathroom, featuring a shower of gray marble tile.
“I SEE SOME PROGRESS,” Dr. Jackie captioned the clips.
The doctor has been open about the difficulties she’s faced during the extensive renovation, even sharing some truly mind-blowing horror stories about the project along the way. But these days, she’s determined to keep a more positive attitude about the process, as she shared on Instagram.
“When u think of things differently you see them differently,” she wrote. “Here’s my “Different” thinking...WE ARE ALMOST FINISHED! It’s my new way of thinking about our renovations!”
That’s the spirit, Dr. Jackie! In the meantime, we’ll be counting down the days until the final grand reveal.
