What Is the Keto Diet? Experts Weigh In... and Celebs Sound Off

Let's recap 2018's buzziest diet crazes: The keto diet had its fair share of fans — and a good number of naysayers, too. And intermittent fasting, or what Heather and Terry Dubrow call "interval eating," really grew legs, too. (There's a reason The Dubrow Diet sold like gangbusters on Amazon and become the year's No. 2 diet behind keto.) How to Watch

Watch Married to Medicine Sundays at 9/8c on Bravo and streaming on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Throughout December, Dr. Simone Whitomore's husband, Cecil Whitmore, has been using Twitter to spill the tea on a cleanse he's doing in an attempt to get down to his college weight. The Married to Medicine spouse has been eating his fill of raw foods, and has also been using herbal supplements from Dherbs. And so far, so good!

On December 12, Cecil responded to a follower who suggested that he try intermittent fasting as well. "It will change your life!" the Twitter user said. Cecil responded: "I am doing the intermittent fasting! You’re right. That is why I was at my lightest weight going into the @dherbs cleanse."
