On the Season 13 premiere of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, Josh Flagg declared, "Having the perfect home is essential," and now, his dream home is finally becoming a reality.

Josh and Bobby Boyd have spent years spent designing (and redesigning) their new abode, and despite a challenging process, it is officially on its way to completion. "We stopped for a year because we wanted to get permits to tear it down and start a whole new thing," Josh exclusively told Bravo Insider. "It takes a while because to do what we wanted to do, it took a lot of time and effort."

Of course, the bones of the 7,000-square-foot contemporary Spanish-style home are top-of-the-line. "I do believe that this house will be one of the highest quality constructions ever in the history of the flats of Beverly Hills," Josh said. "Even though it’s not the biggest house in Beverly Hills, the quality of construction is something that even the architects said that they’ve never done."

While the interior of the 6-bedroom 8-bathroom house will have notable features like a screening room, the "great outdoor space" will also include some incredibly luxe amenities. "The backyard features a professional-grade wood stone pizza oven, which is used in places like Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants, including Spago," Josh shared. "It’s gonna be one of the first ones here, in a residential house in Beverly Hills."

Additionally, he added, "The property features two fireplaces on the exterior. It features a lap pool, spa, and a cold plunge [tank]."

Despite the years-long process of creating the home, Josh has never considered giving up on it. "It would be crazy for me not to build this house," he told Bravo Insider. "After having to go through all the planning and permitting and everything we did, I mean there’s no chance that I would not build this house."
