2 Years in, Josh Flagg Shares an Update on His Beverly Hills “Dream Home” Build
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker reveals his new house is “coming soon.”
Since purchasing his Beverly Hills home back in July 2018, Josh Flagg has been going down a very long, very tedious renovation road. Built in 1928, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom, 4,565-square-foot property was an incredible deal — the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles broker and his husband, Bobby Boyd, bought it for $5.944 million — $1 million less than the asking price! — given its desirable “flats” location.
Nestled on a quiet block, the house has given Josh and Bobby more than a few headaches since it was purchased. There was that bad juju and ghost, which required a real estate “witch” to come cleanse the property — and ripping out all of the home's walls. “Standing in front of the bones of our 'dream home' and contemplating living in a hotel instead,” Josh wrote on Instagram at the time.
Given the high-style aesthetic — and the frequent peeks we’ve gotten of the duo’s plans for the home — we’re fairly certain the finished product is going to be stunning. In a share to his Instagram Stories this week, Josh posted a video panning a floor littered with photos, inspiration, schematics, and more. “This is how you build a house… two years in #altadrive coming soon.”
We don’t know about you, but we’re on the edge of our seats for the home’s grand reveal!!
