Ryan Serhant Is Finally Done Renovating His Brooklyn Townhouse: See Inside
The Million Dollar Listing New York agent and his family have moved into their $7.6 million townhouse at last — and Ryan is "obsessed."
Ryan Serhant and his family have moved into their Brooklyn townhouse at last. The $7.6 million property has been undergoing renovations for nearly three years. And now that he's seen the results, the Million Dollar Listing New York agent is suitably "obsessed."
In an April 22 Instagram share, the Serhant brokerage founder shared a snap of himself, his wife Emilia, and their daughter Zena standing in front of their brand new fireplace. "We moved!!!" he announced in his caption. "We are now in our Brooklyn townhouse, chasing Zena up and down all of these stairs."
He continued: "Lots of change in our life these last few months, with the new company and now the new house, but we wouldn’t want it any other way." And then, the Big Money Energy author offered a "sneak peek" inside his sprawling townhouse, including its marble kitchen island and the front door that's topped with a whale.
In his Instagram Stories, Ryan showed off more of the 7,760-square-foot space. He shared a glimpse of its chic and rustic dining room, gorgeous home gym, and owner's bathroom with large windows and a deep soaking tub.
As Ryan gets settled into his new home, he's renting out his former penthouse for $15,000 a month.
